"I don’t think the hotel can really be considered a 5‑star property. The staff is good, but the hotel needs maintenance, especially the air conditioning. Also, the bathroom cleaning needs improvement — there are areas with mold. In any case, the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good, and the customer service and security are impeccable."

"I had an amazing stay here. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodated my English speaking needs. I had one encounter with the pool bartender who was very rude and dismissive other than that I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Second time around! The staff is very helpfull and nice! Especially Bruno at the check in and also Leandrowith his expertise on the Fera Palace hystory as well of Salvador! Also Giovanna making sure we had a all the comfortable ammenities .
The breakfast is excellent!!"
