"Hotel Ameron was Perfectly situated by the Chappel Bridge, Lake Lucerne and Some Excellent Restaurants. The Staff was very helpful and Friendly. The Girls at the Front desk are Amazing. Always helping with Directions and Helpful tips. High praise for all of them. The Location was Excellent the Room was a nice Size and Always Clean. Close to transportation, dinning and Shops. The hotel is 5 minutes from the Train station and Boats. We went Paragliding from Lucerne With CAP Paragling Tony. Highly Recommend this Hotel for Location and Very helpful staff."

"The hotel lobby is elegant but relaxing. The staff are all super nice and attentive. The rooms are a bit basic but very clean and comfortable. Windows open wide which gave a nice breeze at night. Location is great. Just outside of old town. It’s far enough not to hear noise all night but close enough to easily walk to anyplace we needed to go. Buffet breakfast was really good in an elegant dinning room looking out at the mountains and lake!"

"Very nice location situated close to the old town, shopping area, main train station and very close to a bus stop (Europe stop of 6 and 8 bus, if youre too tired to walk) which give you a balance being away from the hussle and bussle of the commerical area but not too quiet and away from your necessities as well as having a very nice view of the the Pilatus mountain and Lucerne Lake from our balcony. Staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Hotel gave us our visitor pass that gives us free bus ride within Lucerne. We opted to do the breakfast buffet (lots of cheese and delicious waffles) which save us money too!"

"The hotel is a smaller boutique style building a very safe neighborhood. It has several metro stations nearby and from outside you can the Eifel Tower. There are many seasonably priced cafes and restaurants around the hotel. It is nice, clean, and safe. The staff is welcoming, breakfast was good, and everything was clean. I will stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family."
