"Clean and comfortable with great amenities and staff. However you have to go to the front desk and ask them to let you into the pool area because the door won’t accept anyone’s room key. It’s embarrassing to walk into the lobby in a bathing suit. Hopefully this gets fixed soon."
"Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Hotel has started a virtual check-in program which is a little strange (there was still someone at the front desk and then she used the kiosk where Someone is on video to check people in). It slowed the check-in process down a bit, and if the front desk person hadn’t been there I wouldn’t have known hours for breakfast nor the best way to get to my room. "
