"This was my third time staying at this hotel and have but great experience each time. The staff specifically the concierge is always happy to see you and extremely patient and helpful when asking questions. The courtesy shuttle was again on time from and to airport. The breakfast buffet was on point and reasonably priced. You get a free bottle of water in room, along with other amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion, tea, had a mini fridge in the room and a kettle. "

"We stayed one night at the Sheraton Grand Incheon for a mid day flight the day after. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and were taken care of right away. They even let us in the room early as we arrived prior to the 3:00 PM check in time!
The room was clean and inviting and it was very quiet.
Breakfast buffet had a great selection of different foods and will definitely recommend giving it a try.
Overall I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here again on our next trip."

"The property was okay but its proximity to other things was not great. It is an older building and the staff was okay. Outside the hotel was three dining places and a 7/11. No bars or clubs were in walking distance and a taxi is needed to go anywhere else. There is no pool or hot tub. It’s affordable and quaint. "
