"The West Tower seemed new. Very spacious and private curved glass and stone with quiet inlets to the check-in area and a separate one for the elevator bank. Very clean room and relaxing to rest from our 13 hour flight and start getting used to the time change. We could see the airport but did not hear any noise. "This was like our third or fourth time at this hotel, but our first in several years. The surrounding area has been developed in a positive way. Our room was fine, but the front desk staff could be more friendly. We had to ask housekeeping to clean the floor, but it was fine. I'd say the biggest complaint I had was lack of bidet, as most other hotels have it. Still, we'll stay here again the next time we hit Incheon."
