!!!!!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!!This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had in a very long time. It's a hotel ran as a unhelpful Airbnb. Staff is essentially non-existent.
Ill list the issues:
1 - I try to book things that have restaurants attached, so I have a default, In case I just want to get back to my accommodations, I have somewhere easy to eat. It was closed. This was a major reason I booked this place.
2- stains on pillow case
3- fan in bathroom didn't work
4- mattress was clearly the cheapest you could find. You could feel the individual springs and it folded ik half when you sat on it.
5 - walls were paper thin
6 - had to try keycard several times to the room to get it to open the door
7 - didn't provide a do not disturb door tag, called the number provided because there was no staff at 8:30 in the AM, and I clearly woke someone up and they seemed very annoyed.
8- we had a guest that had the TV blaring...I have video of it 10' outside their closer door in the hall and you can hear it as if you are standing in front of it. I called and was told it was acceptable because it was before quiet hours, but they "would send someone at 10 pm, to ask them to turn it down. That didn't happen, so I called again and was told again it would be 30 mins before someone got down there to turn it down. That never seemed to happen, as it didn't get turned down until 2 hours after we initially called.
9- if you didn't tun in your single room key it was a $10 charge.
