"Despite our room looking down on a major road it was surprisingly quiet at night. Location was very good, especially if you plan on hitting the Kappabashi kitchenware town looking for good knives or further down to Asakusa Nakamise-dori, or a different direction to or Ameyoko Market. Very comfortable and well outfitted."

"Staff are very helpful and accomodating. The space is just right for us and our luggage. Location is good too. Just 15 min walk to Ginza six. Also has a lot of kombini nearby"

"Roomy spot with lots of amenities, well kept, clean, cheerful."

"The room is small as we do the standard size, but it’s Tokyo so you can’t expect the room to be really big. But they got everything you need in the room, laundry, cleaning tools, and cooking equipment. It’s supper convenient, there’s a lot of food that open really late and only 15 mins walk to Akihabara! I enjoyed my stay here with my family and would definitely comeback!"

"Pokemon room is fun and the property is in a good part of the city. Not far from Tokyo station. This was nice having a central hotel. Only negative are the beds. If you like a soft bed, this is not the place. They are very firm but don’t keep that from staying here. Super clean hotel, friendly staff, centrally located."

"Clean room"

"We loved our stay in Cava House. Excellent location, close enough to Shinjuku to walk or jump on the subway. Plenty of good restaurant and coffee options within a 5 min walk. We loved Tacos Trap! The room itself was modern, clean and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Our 2 boys 11 & 13 especially enjoyed the projector TV to watch in bed. We will happily return to Cava House."

"Great stay and very helpful staff! Would return."
