"My husband and I go to Mexico for one week every year to decompress and we were trying a new resort. While the staff were friendly, and the property was clean, the food and selections were incredibly disappointing. They can’t play the New Resort card any longer. Also, we went for a couples massage, and the table dug into me sharply and it was so cold in the room I shivered for 80 minutes. The spa staff tried to help but to no avail. This resort gets a solid 3. Also! No wildlife!"

"The service was great from the time we arrived until we left. Huge factors are the way the staff treated us. Carolina was in charge of cleaning our room during our stay, she was so polite and always willing to help in any way she could. The drinks served by David at La Calle bar were delicious, he is very knowledgeable in his craft and very friendly. Not a fan of quesadillas but Mario sure found one I really loved and enjoyed it every morning. And lastly, Armando from Kopai just wow, he is very...

"The resort is amazing and the staff is incredible. We love the fact that it never seems crowded because it is so large. The staff is very polite and willing to help you out any time. We especially want to shout out to Maria, our Expedia concierge, who made our stay the best possible. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Expedia did a great job by having all the staff go out of their way to give us a first class experience. The girl who cleaned our room did an awesome job!!...

The food was delicious , chef Elias made it feel like home. The environment is really relaxed, beach is beautiful, plenty of pools. I would defenetly come back"

"Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres in Cancun was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and romantic, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a little paradise. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was amazing from beginning to end. Every detail made our stay feel special, and we truly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend Beloved to couples looking for a luxurious, intimate, and unforgettable getaway. We can’t...

"Room very nice. Food average and music wasn’t my taste"

"Got a nice spacious corner room and balcony. But it had a side window that let in too much light and leaked upon heavy rain and caused puddles that were a slip hazard. They did promptly clean it up. They added a second layer of curtains, but not blackout ones, so did not help much. Accidentally broke a wine glass and they wanted to charge us 200 pesos, so we just went to supermarket and bought the same glass for 65 pesos. Wifi was erratic in the room so had to go downstairs for zoom meetings....

"The resort has the best intertaiment! Great shows, great games, great beach! We were pleased with everything!Great stuff! Love it!"

"Beautiful hotel and amazing food and service. Everything felt very luxurious and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were super comfortable too. Only issue we had was our room overlooked the marina side with a flat mosaic roof beyond our balcony and there was workman on the other side every day we were there, meaning the balcony was unusable."

"Wonderful, will be back!"

"Clean room , stuff , beach view"
