"Great room and grounds. Food was decent. If you’re looking for the same standard as Excellence Playa Mujeres, it’s just not the same. There isn’t much going on at the resort. Kinda feels like the little sister to the original resort. If you’re looking to relax and not look for much else then this is the perfect place to go. "

"The hotel was very clean and in a perfect location right on the beach. The staff were very welcoming/friendly and most were always very helpful. However there were a couple of staff members who were quite rude and dismissive which was very disappointing!! But we would like to mention Josue (rooftop bar) who was AMAZING and very friendly and accommodating!! We had a foul smell coming from the bathroom, so after complaining the staff were very apologetic and immediately upgraded us to an ocean...

Example- rooftop pool that has no food/bar available…even though there is a restaurant on the rooftop. The hotel advertised that the rooftop bar was open at 3pm, yet we never saw any staff there until the restaurant prepped to open. La chambre était très humide et la salle de bain dégageait une forte odeur d’égout mélangée à des produits de toilette. L’odeur était suffisamment présente pour que nous soyons obligés de laisser la ventilation de la salle de bain fonctionner toute la nuit afin de rendre l’air plus respirable.
