"Overall, our experience at this hotel was disappointing and did not meet the standards we would expect from a five-star resort.
One of the biggest issues was the food service. On two separate occasions, in two different restaurants, members of our group never received their meals and eventually left without eating. Service at several bars was also inconsistent. Basic ingredients and garnishes were often unavailable, and the staff appeared overwhelmed, tired, and understaffed, resulting in very slow service.
Housekeeping was another concern. Our room was not consistently cleaned to an acceptable standard. We frequently had to call and request towels because hand towels and face towels were removed and not replaced. This happened multiple times during our stay.
The Kids Club was also disappointing, as it remained closed until 5:00 p.m. each day, which limited the activities available for families traveling with children.
In addition, the property itself appeared poorly maintained. Several areas already showed signs of damage and wear. We also noticed that the sheets and bedding in our room often felt damp, which made our stay uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, the overall experience did not reflect the quality expected from a five-star hotel. Based on our experience, we would not choose to return and would have difficulty recommending this property to others."
