"Good breakfast and big rooms"

"Booked two rooms. One room carpet was soaking wet. The other room had stains all over the sheets. Transferred to a third room and there was mold on the ceiling and again stains in the sheets. Building was clearly going through heavy maintenance. Ceiling tiles were missing on multiple floors and leak damage everywhere. Fish tank was either emptied or leaked in the check-in area and made it smell like a boat dock. Cleaning staff were walking around in night gowns and no shoes. Ended up canceling...

"Second time we stay here for a weekend getaway for my wife and me. Great on everything, but the beds are awesome. Almost as good as home."

"My husband came to check in around 3pm. He waited for a little while, no problem. He had no issues waiting. When a room came available, they said this is all we have (never stating it was only a king size bed). He brought our luggage in, rested, called me, and told me there wasn’t a couch. it wasn’t what we booked. We have a reservation for 4 with the sofa sleeper. He had to the ask for a different room. The room only had 3 towels and no sheets for the sofa bed. I called and was asked to come...

"Our room was not properly cleaned. Trash let behind under sink. Dusty everywhere, hair of other people were caught and left on Mirror and tables. Safety pins were left on bottom of end table in main room. Mosquitos or something were flying everywhere. A huge brown spider in shower on my Bathe towel when I got up in the morning and was going to take a shower, and I felt grossed out. We questioned quickly if our bed was even cleaned and placed with new clean sheets. We were VERY disappointed."

"I booked with this hotel because of the reviews. The breakfast was good and plenty. I was there for the weekend July 25 & 26. One elevator was broken and the only one that was working would stop running for short periods of time. The ice machine was out of order and the room had a distinctive smell if the ac unit put at 74 and would go away if dropped to 70."
