"The hotel is Literally on the beach, great location. The hotel needs a lot of serious maintenance and upkeep. Badly Stained carpets everywhere, it made the hotel look cheap and dirty. Our bath tub had a huge crack between it and the wall. The a/c was not working properly and we sweated the whole time we were there. Our son’s room was worse, our complaints were answered with excuses. No results. Our next door neighbors in room 308 told us thier a/c was completely off and slept with the door open...

"I enjoy my stay at Lively every single time!, can't beat it. All the way around an A+ time.. Staff with Class, clean rooms, fun amenities and close to the beach!"

"The AC wasnt working right. Continental breakfast ran out too quickly. The ice machines didnt work. The elevators were visibly dirty. The doors didnt close right, entrance and bathroom. The beds were clean which made the stay ok. The only staff member that was helpful was the person who checked us in and out. The pool was under rennovations."

"We had to kill 2-3 roaches in our room. The rooms were really outdated because not even usb chargers were available. Price is overkill for the state of hotel. The sheets were dingy. And towels were dingy too. The pool needed cleaning due to debris but could have been from recent rains. Staff was nice and breakfast was good."

"There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel."

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. After checkin I went to check the room and ended up needing to have our bedsheets changed out because of crumbs and unknown dried substances crusted on the bed. It looked like after the last people left all they did was make the bed and not change the sheets. When we were leaving for the beach, something told me to check the door. To my disbelief the door opened without a key being utilized, so anyone could have walked up and opened the door. Front...
