The proximity to the airport makes this place great for a night transit and the staff and services were really good. We had a couple of issues and it was resolved timely and with care. The room was kind of decent and it wasn’t necessarily dirty but the condition of the room gave a little bit of old feeling. The room that we stayed in also didnt have a window. Breakfast was quite decent too.

Staying with family total 4 people. The rooms were clean. Our rooms with windows which were pretty good but they were very warm/hot when we got there. It took long to get comfortable room temperature. The shuttle to airport departed on-time and the driver was very professional. Will stay again in the future!

The hotel is a very neat and clean. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous. Only one suggestion that they could not speak english well baring 1 or 2 . I would still recommend hotel for stay as the hotel is clean and hosts a lot of corporate events so maintans a good standard

Sadly we were not ao pleased with our stay. It just began with the airport transfer: via expedia it only says "free airport shuttle" the hotel itself didn't send any informations until I asked them about. Comes out there are 6 times a day for pick up and drop of which are free - i think it is very unlikely that one of them fits your flight time. For that Hotel price you can easily find another airport hotel with really free shuttle service. The woman at the reception seemed to hate her job. Neither was she friendly nor did she tell us anything, we needed to ask every question by ourselves. Then to the room: in the so calles "deluxe room" there are no windows. This isn't mentioned anywhere during the booking, if you want a room with a window you need to pay more. Also the room was ok clean, but definitely could be better. The breakfast in the restaurant is more asian food, which is ok, but would be nice to know beforehand. Anyways the staff was kind in the restaurant but also really slow. There was a water fountain to refill your water, which we appreciated. During our stay our toddler broke one cup in the room. At checkout we informed the same lady as during check-in about it, and we needed to pay 50k idr for it... Never heard about any hotel/restaurant which let pay there guest for such things. Also would guess they buy this cup for 10k idr or less... All in all we wouldn't stay again. For this price you can get a ton of better stays nearby.

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht. Leider mussten wir sehr lange warten, bis wir ins Zimmer durften, erst um 16 Uhr waren wir drinnen. Im Zimmer war der Straßenverkehr weiterhin deutlich zu hören, was in der Nacht etwas gestört hat. Auch die Klimaanlage war leider nicht ganz zuverlässig. Im Großen und Ganzen: Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, aber nochmal würde ich es nicht buchen, deswegen 3 Sterne.
