3 hari 2 malam di Hotel Lemo

Menginap di Lemo tgl 2-4 Jan 16 lalu karena keponakan menikah. Pertama ke kamar, kamar bau rokok jg ada semut2 dekat meja.suara dr luar kamar terdengar sangat keras dari dalam kamar. Oh ya hotel ini jg ga sediain odol dan sikat gigi.Yg bikin gregetan, tgl 4 jam 00.30 di telepon resepsionis krn dia sedang audit dan tidak ketemu invoice pembayaranku untuk malam kedua, jd minta no konfirmasi, aku blg arus cek email dl ga ingat krn belinya online, pas lg cek email, kurang dr 10 menit di telepon lg katanya ternyata invoicenya keselip. Paginya saat check out, kami minta bertemu dengan managernya untuk menyamaikan hal ini. Saat itu managernya sedang tidak masuk krn hari minggu, tp ada asistennya, kami sampaikan hal ini dan asman minta maaf atas kelalaian stafnya. Assman menawarkan kami makan siang sebagai permintaan maaf, tp kami tolak krn ingin bergegas ke rumah kakak ipar untuk pamitan mau balik Jakarta. Ternyata Selasa dari pihak hotel lemo telepon hp suami dan menyampaikan permintaan maaf kembali juga menawarkan gratis menginap 1 malam untuk kami, waktu kami yg tentukan.

Pengaturan kamar smoking & non-smoking

Secara keseluruhan hotel cukup ok, value for money. Kamar cukup bersih, minimalis, area mandi (shower) sempit, sayangnya aroma di sekitar toilet kurang sedap ya mungkin ventilasinya. Saat sy menginap (non-smoking room) kamar sebelah sy yg menginap merokok dan asapnya sampai tercium di dalam kamar sy terlebih penginap membuka pintu kamarnya, Sangat mengganggu sehingga sy check out lebih awal krn sdh tidak kuat dg bau asap rokoknya. Sy tidak tahu apakah hotel ini memang menyediakan kamar smoking room, namun sebaiknya dpt diatur sehingga asap tidak mengganggu penginap lainnya.
