"Reception and staff are nice and welcoming. The building is renovated but has a vintage feeling - mainly due to the overuse of wood in the rooms. There is no kettle or espresso maker in the rooms but the hotel will give you hot water if you ask. Breakfast buffet is fine, omlette is served fresh, overall not extraordinary but satisfactory. Overall it's a good hotel."

"Hired a taxi from the train station (Atocha), which was a fair distance from the hotel, so if arriving by train, I'd recommend hiring a driver. Our check in was simple and we were allowed to use the pool while we waited. Once in our room, it was spacious, with AC, and comfortable. We only stayed one night before airport departure so the pool was a definite plus! The airport shuttle was very convenient and there were some nice dining options within 1-1.5kms walking distance. Staff were pleasant...
