"This resort was the best we've ever stayed at. Tons of on site activities, night life and food. The strip is in waking distance and so is the water park. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. I do wish we would have upgraded to a suit since we have 2 teens but that was on us, not the resort. ..."

"This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff, but they added extra charges to my room (valet even though I had no car) and won't respond to my messages. This always (and only) happens when I use hotels.com. It's too bad because I'll be back in Houston multiple times and will have to find another place ..."
