"First of, the parking is very limited so do not expect that you'll be able to park inside. The person at the reception was not very friendly and it was hard to understand what he was saying. The room was barely clean, we found other people's hair all the time. There was no soap dispenser in the shower, the towels looked old and very used. The picture of the room on the add makes it look so big, but it's really not. The smell of weed (marijuana) and urine filled the air in the hallway. Lastly, the area around it did not feel very safe. Not coming back! "

" ​While the immediate area around the hotel looks a bit rough, the hotel itself was very comfortable and a solid choice for a JFK stay. The room was great, featuring a comfy bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and quality amenities like the TV. I also really appreciated the breakfast offerings and the helpful shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me navigate the transit system for my trip into Midtown Manhattan. If you can look past the neighborhood’s first impression, the service and interior comfort make this a 4-star experience."

"I went with my kids and husband, and overall we had a good time here. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The pool was great; my kids spent most of their time there during our stay. The food in the restaurant was good, too. If anything I would say the elevator needs to be replaced and a few other things that are getting updated. "
