A nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The restaurant breakfast is excellent, especially the omelets. The staff is friendly.

Newport Harbor Island Resort
You need to improve the kitchen. No fruit at 10:00 am is unacceptable. The bakery person who made our coffee was pleasant. Spa nail tech is excellent ! The indoor pool is so tiny. And no steam room or hot tub in the spa. Overall I’d not rate it the 4 stars. Maybe 3

Extremely friendly and pleasant staff. Great place to stay when visiting Newport —away from the crowds but minutes to any attraction/restaurant.

The hotel was extremely clean and parking was a breeze with a private lot right behind. The only thing I wish they had is a reception area indoors.
