"Our air condition didn’t work. We were told we shouldn’t have even been in the room we were in they weren’t suppose to put anyone in it. The TV didn’t work. Other travelers we were with had bed bugs in there room and saw roaches. Definitely won’t stay here again and would not recommend to anyone. It was awful. "

"Good parking an exterior of building looked good. Bad experience checking in. Waiting 15 minutes behind another individual to check in. Walked in to a sign that front desk would be right back, and finally were at the 15 minute mark. Floor was super dirty with lots of built up gunk in the corners and sides. Told my kids to not walk on the floor without shoes. Only positives were clean linens, comfortable mattress and good water pressure. Breakfast consisted of granola bars, so no real breakfast....

"At first glance , it look fine. I have videos and pictures to explain all that. But what really pissed me off was the dog being allowed in the breakfast area. And no it was not a service dog. "

"I honestly love the hotel.. However I had noisy neighbors and the staff said they had said something but the noise continued thru out the night and morning... The staff wanted to move me to another room but I felt like the noisy bribers should hve been moved.. Especially since I wasn't the only one that complained "

"So nice to have a hotel as part of the hospital. We travel several states away for my son’s medical care at Ochsner. The room was very clean and comfortable, pool and spa are well maintained. Lots of amenities. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. "
