"The safe box was not working, ice machine was broken . No towels for the pool. Breakfast was horrible. Very poor maintenance"

"The towels was crunchy , it does give a Motel 6 vibe but like maybe motel 7 instead lol ,we came fora concert and to explore so it was a good place to sleep but the shower drainage was slow so it the water did start to rise as we were showering but the cookies were good and the rooms ac worked and is close to airport with a free shuttle every 30 mins so that’s a plus but to go to bourbon street / the city is about 20 mins if your Planing on using uber."

"It was very clean the staff was very helpful actually suggesting that I received a bench in the tub which was awesome along with handicap rails also putting me in a room that was very close to the elevator as well as the entrance considering I use a cane the handicap parking was the closest parking available and I was able to use it along with the luggage racks. "First of all the building and rooms was nasty. It stank bad, roaches and bugs in the rooms. Rub was filthy. The building was being remodel so all the chemicals all in the air, it was noisy. The worst hotel ever. Im more mad that they was open for people to stay there with construction going on in the building. Something bit my baby in the face. I do believe I should get a refund, because it was horrible"
