"I did not like the professionalism from the night attendant Kayla. She could use a refresh over customer service skills but on the other hand Ms Charlene was VERY NICE and professional the entire stay thank you so much for giving me a better feeling after being treated poorly. "

"Good hotel in quiet area. The room was clean and comfortable. The only concern is breakfast: very limited and grits was not good. Nonetheless you can make your own waffles and enjoy them with coffee."

"Toilet problems in 1 room and air conditioner cover off the unit in the other room. "

"The ceiling in the bathroom had mold and after asking maintenance came and painted the ceiling. There was a half of roll of toilet paper when I checked in. I asked the front desk for more and the gentleman rudely told me they only give the first roll and you would have to supply your own after that. This extended stay has no pots or utensils so don’t even think about cooking anything. The overall experience was 2-3 stars ."

"We didn’t not have enough towels and had to buy some for the local store. Staff initially only out one set KNOWING the room was booked for two guest. The hotel also reeked of urine, possibly due to the pet friendly policy. I do appreciate the fact that o didn’t see any bugs and the breakfast was typical hotel breakfast no complaints there. This should be an emergency booking only. "

"There was bugs biting us in the beds,water was pouring out of shower handle when turned on,roaches crawling around. I would never recommend this place "

"DO NOT STAY HERE someone random walked in our room while we were laying bed. Did not receive any refund or compensation other than getting a new room. We had to sleep with a chair blocking the door in fear that would happen again. Not worth your money."

"Poor condition overall"

"The room was ground level had missing slats from blinds we had to cover 2 windows with towels and sheets so no one could see in. The kitchen had 1 fork 1 spoon 2 knifes a family of 5 cant eat with that. The pull out bed was terrible. To use bed you had to unfold the bed there was no mattress to it. Had wood frame throught the middle it was like sleeping on ground.They served breakfast everyday it was ok but staff in kitchen area was very RUDE. I had called hotel before booking to ask was pool...
