"First of all this is not a luxury apartment. The walls were dirty. Needs a repaint in the bathroom. Bed uncomfy and pillows flat. There is also a deposit required which is unnecessary given the state of the apartment. "I would say the room was pretty basic but then I find most ibis are. The bed was very hard and I didn't have a great sleep, I suffered with arthritic pain due to the hard bed. That being said the staff were very helpful and the hotel is in a great location for the airport."

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website.
Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to.
Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...
