"Our stay at Ayana was magical! There is so much to on the property. It’s very relaxing and the staff is all incredibly kind! The one item of feedback that we had is that there were not a lot of vegan options at the restaurants and that this is something that could be improved. "The resort is equipped with facilities for toddler as well as young kids. Perfect family setup with humble and friendly staff. Best surprise was the arrival of 3 furry friends (dog) everyday at the kids club. Such a rewarding experience for everyone. And don’t miss the chocolate hour - it’s one for the sweet tooth’s. Highly recommend if kids pool, kids club, dogs and chocolate are on the agenda for relaxation."

"Mr Andy and him team are the best. Nothing was ever an issue. The team catered to any requests we had. But the most notable thing for us was Mr Andy’s willingness to share his beautiful culture. We were offered the most amazing breakfasts and ideas on things to do and see. He arranged massages and transport with ease and his efforts made for the most memorable holiday in Bali. "Room is clean, with good wind down service towards the evening. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, they should have told us there is construction right outside Segara，which impacted the view of the pool and the noise is disturbing. We would have chosen another site if we were made known. Also, the shuttle bus to the main building is annoying, when it is full, we have to wait for another one. Also the spot alight and get on the bus is not sheltered, the experience does not match...

"Booked the traditional villa somehow ended up saying I booked the classic villa. Never saw pics or any about classic villa until I was standing in it. Online said was 4 min walk to beach, ended up being 15 min walk to beach and in completely different location. Tried to cancel booking through Expedia and owner both said no. Owner wouldn’t speak to Expedia. Online check in instructions said to contact owner 48hrs before check in. Tried to contact multiple times, even had Expedia try. No contact...

"We loved staying at the Villa. As this is a collection of stand-alone properties, there isn't a check in desk or reception, but the communication was great and we got responses all the time. Even before we arrived, they checked in to make sure all was going to be ok for us.
