"The staff were understanding and very helpful when we checked out shortly after checking in due to how dirty our room was. There was a cockroach issue, the floor was sticky in places, and there were food particles on the floor in our room. The hotel is older which isn't an issue, but the cleanliness was problematic, and I did not feel like I could stay there for the night. "

"The room weren’t queen beds they were full size rollaways, the bathroom had burned counter top, the chairs were chewed up by dogs, the toilet paper was so cheap and when we asked for more we had to get it from the front desk and they were allowed to give 1 only per stay, if we wanted clean towels we had to drop them off at the front and picked then up the next day so we were out of towels for almost 2 days.
