"The staff is very friendly great quiet nice place to stay"

"Stately old hotel in the heart of Pasadena. Could use some updating. Room temperature was difficult to control. Very limited storage space. Rooms are small. Some bathroom fixtures needed repair. But generally a pleasant hotel for short (2-4 days) stay."

"The hotel property is very run down. Our first room smelled like cigarettes upon entry. We asked for another room and this second room smelled a lot better but was still not great. The cleaning staff had left a used cleaning glove on the floor. The floors were also not very clean. Overall would not return. Property also charges $40 a night for parking onsite. Pros: Location is great and walkable to old town."

"Room was decent; seemed clean. Most of the lights did not work. Repairs to the room were scrappy. No breakfast as advertised on booking site. Nothing special but would not likely book again. "

La zona de la lavanderia esta abierta, no esta dentro de un cuarto con llave solo para los inquilinos. Las lavadoras son viejas y las secadoras de ropa no secan y se ven toallas sucias de los inquilinos, no hay orden. El personal de limpieza no te dan papel higienico, ni toallas, ni champoo; esto hay que pedirlo en el lobbie. Los cuartos de dos camas del segundo piso no tienen buena vista."

"The room i booked was very large but exceptionally outdated. The sink was clogged and the room was dirty all over. When I checked in, I was told the hot tub was not working. Breakfast looked ok in the lobby but it was so busy I didn't bother. The staff was helpful-ish but didn't go above and beyond."

"I've been to a few extended stays. This one was probably the poorest. The room smelled awful. The air conditioner was working, but with a broken fan that was incredibly loud, making it even louder than the highway noise directly out the window. There are no doors on any of the cabinets. Which of course this being a pet friendly hotel, made it really difficult to keep the cat food away from the cats. Also, when I called about the pet fee I was given a lower rate than what I was given at the...

"Hotel Managers Kind people. I always feel safe here. Well lit, clean and safe. Great value, great location. Good parking. Just a slight request, it would be great if you would spray just a bit less of the air freshener. That being said, glad you are even adding air freshener. A lot of other hotels of this category don't. Appreciate all that you do to make this a nice hotel."

"The Patrician Hollywood exceeded our expectations. We chose it for a short stay to get to know downtown LA and Pasadena arts, culture and food. TJ is an engaging host, with a wealth of local knowledge and the sophistication of a world traveler. The house is a perfect example of 1920s LA style (it could be a movie set), decorated with an eye for the exotic and comfortable. The views of the LA basin from the garden are expansive. The local streets are quiet (and excellent for a morning run)."
