Conversely, I can't say enough about the woman working at the hotel check-in desk. She was extremely helpful and pleasant."

Access tot he room, the building, and the garage was controlled by codes, which were not shared until after check-in. The room had no overhead lighting and the lamps didnt light the room. The shower was tiny. The TV remote was useless. Overall very disappointed."
