"The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. "The only hiccup I had with check in was that the link to pay the deposit didn’t work properly. With the check in location being other than the location of the room. Fortunately I was able to handle check in over the phone."

"Great location. Close to zoo, arch. Hallway smelled like sewer. Just on second floor. Signs to navigate walking with luggage in parking garage were limited. Air conditioning in room was extra loud. No shower gel in container in shower. Little things that added up to an unexceptional stay. View into parking garage made for a very dark room."

"It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar."
