"The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. "The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the restaurants were all very good. We were fortunate to be able to get an early check in showing up way before the normal check in time. Great location next to the park with multiple walk-to restaurants in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again."

"We liked the location of this hotel—it's right on campus or just across the street, making it feel safe and convenient. You’re only a couple of blocks away from fast food, Walgreens, and the bus, which was so convenient. The area feels regal and historic with beautifully manicured lawns, and everything was just as pictured. The air conditioning worked well, all the amenities were in place, and we really enjoyed the old-timey charm. The only minor suggestion I have is about the check-in process....

"My room was clean for the most part but the headboard was dusty. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of dishes. Great value. My only complaint was the elevators were always busy in the morning so we had to take the stairs. We picked this hotel for the hot tub but on the morning we were checking out, the jets were not working. The location and the amenities were great. I could walk to MetroLink station and restaurants."

"Room was very clean and spacious. We had a room with two queen beds for 3 night stay. Great view of Union Station area with ferris wheel and soccer stadium. Easy walk to many activities and restaurants. Parking was extremely convenient and easy to use. $25/day and allowed to enter/exit throughout the day as you please. Free breakfast was tasty every morning with a sufficient amount of tables for seating. Front desk was welcoming and very helpful. Crystal was extremely nice and suggested nearby...

"We had a great stay. Location was near the zoo. Parking is $10/night. We enjoyed the pool, variety of breakfast options and shower shamp/cond/soap. However, chunks of hair stuck to us as we exited the pool & we found adult lice in my daughter's hair on morning #4, which was very inconvenient to treat on the road home."

We had to drive around for hours looking for another place to stay and it cost $400 for one night. The rooftop bars were not available due to either rain or heat. The restaurant closed early every day for breakfast and for dinner."
