"Lotte Hotel Seoul is a beautiful property. Everything was great - amazing breakfast buffet. The staff were so efficient and friendly that we were all amazed. This is definitely a 5-star hotel. Only unpleasant surprise I had was that you had to pay to use the sauna. "

"Hotel provided excellent cleaning services of the rooms. Also the frontline staff were proactively helpful. We got to leave our bags there pre-check in and also after we checked out for a matter of hours. We found the convenience store which is nice and close on day one. I was really happy with the service received, given itโ€™s not an expensive Hotel in my opinion. (We are from Australia). I would stay here again if ever in Seoul. "
