"The breakfast bar was so-so. No waffles, limited bread & English muffin choices. The toaster took a long time toasting. The eggs and sausages were nicely presented and refilled quickly. Every trip to the pool required a trip to the front desk to obtain clean towels. The towel area lacked clean towels. "

"The room was dirty and you can tell nobody cleans. You couldn’t walk barefoot. They were stains behind the bed. We even had to ask the front desk for clean towels because you tell they were dirty. The staff was no surprise."

"Everything was filthy! There were cocaroaches everywhere! Genuienly so disappointed. The paint was peeling. Bathroom door wouldnt close. Wouldn't recommended staying here!"

"There was a huge cockroach in the room and the jets of the spa made water spray everywhere in the room. Also it was dusty as if it had not been cleaned. Also at night it was very rowdy. Likely not returning and would not recommend. "

"Everything was great checked in 04/24/2026 until checking out 04/26/2026 the last day their was no hot water. The management didn’t notify us that they where going to do maintenance next door they cut off the hot water so we had to shower with the cold water & now I’m sick ! Other than that it would have been 5 stars all the way. It is nosy but it is on a min street."

"The location was great. Room is big. The pool was okay. The room could have been cleaner. I had hot water issue, it takes almost 20mn to get the water to warm up. I barely slept for two nights while I was there. There was some party in the room next to me. I called to complain nothing was really done about it. It was not the best stay."

"Idk why all these other reviews are saying this place is great, prob the worst place I've stayed at. Had flying insects in the room, ants coming out of the sink, the phone was busted, light bulbs missing, not near a whole lot, and when i switched rooms because of it, it was the same thing in the next. After the 2nd day, I just left to get another hotel even though I lost my money in that room. The only good thing was the nice staff, but if you pay just a little extra around here, you can get 4...
