"While the check in process was nice, the desk clerk was friendly, and the camper was clean, the Wi-Fi and TV didn't work in it, and the lock didn't work from the inside because the deadbolt didn't align to the strike plate. In fact, it looked like the strike plate was attached to the frame with cardboard. ..."
