"Positives - friendly, helpful staff, reasonably priced and well located on the lake. Breakfast was pretty good. The young guy on reception was particularly helpful and polite
Negatives - we had booked a delux room but as hotel busy, we were given a very poor room despite having pre advised the hotel it was our anniversary. Spoke to manager and paid for an upgrade to best room the following day which was much better
In summary, an average hotel in need of modernising/ refurbishment but ok...
