Not as clean as it should’ve been when arriving, room wasn't ready when we showed up. Building is dated and it shows a bit. Saw a hair or two in the bed when we arrived. We left within an hour after our arrival. Not a fan of the absence of carpet in the room either. Frankly, the employees were pleasant to interact with but the product wasn’t the quality we thought it’d be

We showed up and had a very nice guy check us in and mention that they were short staffed and he was hustling to keep up with multiple roles. He was great! However walking to our room the hallways were filthy with what looked like construction debri (paint flakes) and trash through the whole corridor. Got to our room and the door was open (creepy) and wouldn't close all the way unless forced and still didnt act like it was secured. The room was not clean and did not look like it had been vacuumed or wiped down in a minute, the sheets looked clean (didnt inspect too closely, I honestly should have) the fixtures in the bathroom while outdated (not a biggie) were falling off the walls and looked to be in bad shape. We went to leave for the evening and the side exterior door closest to our room did not close or even lock from the outside, the security measures were literally non existing. Once you got outside the door the steps down in to the lot were also non existing, the concrete step was missing and they had cinder blocks just sitting there to use to get up and down. We usually stay in this hotel once a year for a yearly get together in the next town but it had been a couple years and needless to say we will NOT be coming back.

We found bugs dead and alive on the bed and pillows. Called front desk and told them. They said they would refund money so we could go find another hotel. Called back days later and they are saying house keeping couldnt find any bugs. The bathtub was not clean and it was missing paint.

The entire place smelled awful. There was a wad of hair in the shower drain as there was no drain guard. One of the occupants in the motel played "music"(mix between rap and heavy)metal until long after midnight. The ceiling had huge water stains. One of the washcloths looked and smelled like a cleaning rag. The sheets and bed cover all smelled, pillows were bad, and furniture and entry doors were damaged.

At $51 a night this was a good deal. The flat sheet on one of the beds looked soiled at first but I determined it was stained. For a cheap over night I would recommend. Also, check in guy was nice.
