"Great experience/Vacation, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was really good as well, highly recommend Seaside Grills catch of the day, we can’t stop thinking about it! Only downside of this resort was there wasn’t a built in pool bar or people offering excursions, very calm resort. Other than that 10/10! Shout out to Jesus, Naileth and Luis who took great care of us and had the drinks flowing!"

"The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening....

"La habitación y el lugar en general son muy agradables, es justo en manzanillo super cerca del lugar donde debiamos, de hecho nos fuimos caminando, es suer cerca a la playa y en la playa. Las personas que atienden son muy amables y cabe destacar que la comida es deliciosa. Desayunamos y almorazamos en el hotel, totalmente recomendado si se quieren relajar en manzanillo. "Cute hotel and the location was convenient. Hotel was right across from the Cartagena letters landmark and only about 8-10 minutes from historical center. Only downside is that at night it can be a bit loud due to the party buses parking across the street."
