"Solo una observación, fue difícil llegar al hotel, ni los taxistas sabían la ubicación, al parecer este hotel tiene 3 meses y la fachada no se encuentra con nombre del hotel, más bien es una casa habilitada como hotel."

"La habitación y el lugar en general son muy agradables, es justo en manzanillo super cerca del lugar donde debiamos, de hecho nos fuimos caminando, es suer cerca a la playa y en la playa. "Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The room was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly before we arrived. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. There was no hot water during our stay, no refrigerator in the room, and they didn’t even provide complimentary drinking water. These are basic amenities that most hotels should offer. We felt so uncomfortable that we wanted to leave as soon as possible. I would not recommend this...

"Don’t stay here. Staff is slow and sucks, restaurant staff is even worse, if you try to walk to the beach you will get hounded by locals right behind the property. I’d never stay here again"

"If you are traveling to Cartagena with your family, including kids. It is the best and only option. It is not a bad hotel but a bit pricey for what they offer. The food it is ok, but expensive. Not worth it. The service was mmm. I had amazing aid from some employees but a really bad attitude from others. Still plenty of room to better things"
