"Perfect spot for walking to NGV and Museum. Rooms clean and well appointed. Our one time effort for room service was disappointing as we waited more than an hour and a half and 3 calls, evidently there was an issue with our ordering by the phone rather than the internet ( which required you to sign in) even though we had the option. We found this frustrating. Overall our stay was excellent and the staff were all very respectful and helpful."

"Location is great between CBD and St Kilda. Great spa. Basic gym but has all you need. Very clean, every comfortable and super friendly staff. If you’re coming when the weather is joce, live some time to go to the rooftop pool."
