"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. "Love the facilities: Swimming pool, kids park, and its convenient coz in the same building there are convenient store, grocer and diners. Didnt like the part that we need to clear thrash to the refuse area ourselves, although i really dont mind cleaning the dishes and cutleries used at all. Didnt like the part that there was only one small trash bucket and it was hidden in the kitchen and there was no spare thrash bag. We were expecting a sofa bed and there was only a bench, and not big enough...

"Property double booked us. Didn’t get in touch even though contacted via email. Said I should have WhatsApp’d. Had to relocate us to a different apparent building 6km away which was a 1 bedroom, original apartment had 2 bedrooms and still charged us to have it cleaned early to check in. "
