"The property is super clean super easy to find super easy to access! We had a wonderful day. The unit is very spacious as well! 05 stars across the board except one issue they say the rooms are soundproof, but the train was right next to our windows and it is super super loud!! "This room is super cool. We did love staying in the space, but there’s 0 instruction on how to check in, or check out. Theres no front desk and no one to really call for anything except the restaurant staff which at times were kinda clueless. The tv wouldn’t connect to wifi so we couldn’t use it. No one gave us instructions for checkout so I just left the key on the counter and left the door unlocked? 10/10 cool space, but yeah- not a hotel, if you book here you’re kind of on your own to figure...
"I regret that we were charged twice (and the property is not in a hurry to solve it) and it was a constant problem to get into the rooms due to the malfunctions codes. One of the rooms was basically without a window, the other one was better. It is a pity. Also, if you don't like scanning your own ID and making selfies (and send it to them) - which they require for check in - it is not the right place for you. "
