"First time staying there and room was not wiped down or vacuumed and hair all over tub and toilet stuff left behind in fridge from last person. Coffee pot was dirty. Receptionist was not helpful and rude when told about room and asked for some compensation in return and they refused to help."

"Amazing location and waterpark. Rooms were very nice and clean. Spacious space for the three of us. The waterpark was amazing and not too busy. I liked the fact that you can’t get day passes for the waterpark like a lot of the other waterpark/hotels do now."
