"The room wasn’t too clean, the floor didn’t look good. The smell of the room wasn’t good either. The kitchen faucet water flow was too low and short. and the bed had a small black insects that itch a lot. They should clean better the rooms, mattress and sheets."

"The only bar at this hotel is at the pool and it is only open from 4 PM to 7 PM every day of the week. I found Tr Ass and empty beer bottles and cigarette butts all around our patio area where the bushes are right outside our door. I personally found this property to be subpar. For you paying more than $300 per night to stay there. The one highlight he did enjoy was the breakfast for it was served quickly by friendly people, especially Lela and Esther."

"This is a fun place to stay. I don't mind the resort fees here as they actually have a resort. Awesome pool, bar, food truck/restaurant. Food is legit! The gay pride stuff is over the top in the lobby and pool area. I'd say tone that down a bit. Just like I wouldn't want to walk in and see posters of Trump all over the place, I prefer to not see political ideology markers while I'm on vacation. Interestingly enough, did not see what appeared to be any gay couples there. Great family...

"Excellent accommodations on all aspects of Key West. Food, lodging and amenities were all outstanding. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The bar had excellent drinks, breakfast was great every morning with great coffee. Ibis Bay resort is a paradise all by itself. Zero disappointments"
