Instead, we walked into a room that clearly had not been cleaned properly. There were dead bugs on the shower ceiling, crumbs and trash on the floor, including someone else's receipt, what appeared to be blood on the bed sheets, a leaking shower, and what appeared to be fecal matter near the toilet. "The hotel is still going through renovations. There are workers putting drywall up and some rooms are not available due to construction. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were very soft and “mushy”. Housekeeping did not clean our room for 3 days. We had trash piled up in bags and I had to flag someone down to take those.
