Staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful Breakfast was great, very traditional and home made meals Just some facilities like hot water, bathrooms towels weren’t clean! The restaurant on the top floor is also a great feature as it has a fantastic view of the pyramids and sphinx as well as good food and drinks. We were on a little bit of a budget but were able to still have a very nice time staying at this hotel and we were able to do some great tours right from the hotel."
