"Excellent location just 10 minutes from Epcot and Magic Kingdom. The cleaning was not the best, the air conditioning was very dirty, I notified it and the truth is they did not clean it well. As for the rest, good service, the location of the room was very quiet."

"Can we just give a round of applause to the front desk agent, Natalye and Kimberly??? We arrived and from the get go she was immediately helpful. We booked a double bed hotel room and Natalye upgraded us to a 2 bedroom cottage with a hot tub. We even got a few drink vouchers we used at euphoria (check out my review for there as well.) Natalye saw us the next day and came up and asked how everything was and made sure we were satisfied. This is above and beyond. She deserves some recognition for her hospitality. Also, Kimberly was a Team Member who I spoke to on the phone and was soooo sweet!! She was helpful in answering any questions we had. Bravo ladies!!! As for the resort... gorgeous. You really don't have to leave if you don't want too but we did occasionally. The pool is by far the best part. Personally, I don't think you can ever get bored. We will def be back next year around this time and I will be looking for your star Team Members!!! Thank you!!"
