"We decided to get a lower cost room after a 10 day tour. Adequate but not enough towel hooks etc. beds were comfortable, restaurants on the higher side but did go to Ignite cafe multiple times esp. breakfast. The hotel gives out discount cards which we put to good use."

Accessible by the underground walkway of Osaka station which you can use for the airport limo bus. Quiet location right next to a McDonalds and Family Mart. We would definitely stay here again."

"Laundry availability is 4 washing and drying machines. Many times owners of the wash left the load in and did not pick up timely. The hotel gives them an 1-hour grace time to pickup after the load is done. It means during busy times, many guest are left hanging. To improve time-effectiveness of using the washing machines, the hotel can consider adding a feature on the pay interface to register the room# of the guest using the machine. When the load is done and other guests are waiting, the front desk could alert the owner of the load to pick up timely. Failing that, the hotel should charge 'delinquent' guest (owner of the a finished and not-picked-up load) a service charge to unload and store the load for them. I was waiting for an hour at the machine before the front desk would come up and cleaned out the load as per their policy."
