"Clean large room. Washer/dryer combo inside the space that made a very loud beeping sound when done, so run laundry when you aren't sleeping. Great staff at front desk to help with whatever. Close to Tsuruhashi train station."

"Spacious and clean. Convenient location. Liked the in suite vacuum !"

"Great place!"

"Staff was clear and explained everything . The room was a little on the tiny side for 4 adults. We appreciated the separate toilet from shower. The full kitchen and provided amenities were great. The location was perfectly just tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo station but close enough."

"Booked larger room for 4 adults. Pros: digital access, bigger room compared to other Tokyo hotel rooms, ac, internet, kitchenette, laundry machine in room, some free toiletry amenities, lots of towels, tissue and paper towel refilled, plenty beddings available, location very convenient for shopping & eating, quiet, metro stations closeby including Tokyo station, staff very friendly, can buy bottled water at front desk for 50¥… Cons: only 2 dining chairs, flimsy in room safe did not work,...

"We absolutely loved our stay here and it was super convenient. Our only negative experience is we thought it had a front desk which was pictured. We had an issue because we needed to forward our luggage to Kyoto."

"Very efficient check in and the room was spacious and above all quiet. The staff were all kind and helped us with all of our questions. I loved how clean the hotel was and the location was perfect for food nearby and easy access to the Yamanote line. We went all around tokyo easily and had no issues with the location. I will be booking again on future trips to japan as this hotel felt like home."
