Not everyone spoke English but there are at least a few people on their staff who do; we did not have any issues. The entire hotel and our room was very clean. "Great location. There are a lot of APA hotels in the area so anyone is fine. I chose one with an onsen which this one had and it was awesome. There was on onsen inside and one outside. The hotel has a south and Main building long we were in the South but the onsen is in the main but it just a corridor away (you do have to walk outside for 10 sec though. Overall a great location and a great stay. "

"Great location in SHINJUKU but I won’t recommend staying in this area with small kids as it’s the “red light district” of Tokyo. But if you are an adult it is perfect, very clean and super safe and close trains limousine buses to the airport, restaurants and convenience stores. "

"The room itself was very nice, great washroom with good amenities. TV was nice and could be casted to with my phone, plus had good information. The laundry service was good but could be full sometimes, or people would leave their clothes in the wash/dryer and staff would have to come clean it after a wait. The front desk staff were very nice and cleaning staff did a great job and were very attentive to our room."
