"While this is a beautiful old hotel, it does come with some issues. The HVAC in our room did not work. We asked 3 times to get fixed. Luckily the windows can open but the street noise was very loud. The shower was nice but water splashed everywhere due to the small glass door and very slippery. Dated but full of charm. Not a 5 star but perhaps a 4."

"Our room got cleaned and we had our medication on the table with our other room key and we got back to our room every thing was gone went to receptiona and said something about it and got a so sorry and all we can do is give us a complementary drink how disgusting is that?
