"Clean and spacious room. Fantastic onsen, perfect after a day out"

"My wife and I was extremely happy with my stay at Hakone Airu. It was our first time in that part of the town and hotel. First off, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect; Away from busy town and off to a quieter part of the town. It was also very convenient as the train station is located only 10 minutes by walk. As for the rooms and food, the rooms were fantastic, spacious and the en-suite onsen was the highlight. It was convenient and we could take a bath...

"室内に冊子の案内が何もなく、わかりにくい部分もありました。トイレのペーパーホルダが離れすぎていて使いにくかったです。 真っ暗になってしますので、薄明の常夜灯があるといいです"

"Very lovely resort property at the top of a mountain road. Immaculately clean, well appointed rooms. We arrived in late afternoon but could not eat dinner in the main dining room as they have set meal times and we would have had to have waited 2 hours for a table. We, unfortunately, had to eat in a cafe-type facility which had a very limited menu and the food was just ok. The hot springs were nice and property well maintained."

"Khach san kha on, phong tuong doi rong rai so voi chuan khach san o Japan, an sang rat it mon: chi vai mon co ban. Khach san sach se, tien nghi tam duoc. Vi tri rat gan metro Shiodome va train shimbashi ( xuong tang B2 cua khach san di bo khoang 5ph la se den ga tau ngay)"

"Loved this little boutique style hotel. It was immaculate, quiet, and right in the centre of town a very short walk to the central train station , restaurants stores etc. The private open air onsen on our rooftop was the highlight. No details missed. Beds and pillows and linen were super comfy. We did not eat at the hotel so not input there. Highly recommend."

"Great food services!!"

"家族のお誕生日に利用させていただきました。スタッフの方々の対応が、とても素晴らしく、とても素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。お誕生日ケーキも蝋燭をつけて、夕食に提供してくださり、大変ありがたかったです。 また、温泉も良く、全てに癒されました。"

"This is a beautiful historic hotel and I recommend staying here. My only complaint would be the Spa. The treatment itself was lovely and relaxing but the spa itself lacked style, coziness and the treatment room itself was sterile."

"駅に近いこと"

"The place is good and clean. Staff are very friendly but the location wise sucks tho. Very hard to find uber or bus."

"Crowded and very loud"

"They give a lot of complementary things when you book with them"

"We love our private onsen. Beautiful property, very close to the Ropeway and Sight Seeing Cruise port. Not much of anything else!"

"Friendly staff and very traditional ryokan, the food was amazing!"
