"I would not recommend the hotel. Had bad water maintenance system. Out balcony was full of water and it was raining inside our room. The service at the bar next to the pool was bad. On the online menu they had fresh cut pineapple and when i asked for it, he just shoved the menu in front of my face. The drinks are bad quality."

"This a was a large condo building on the water. There was plenty of parking and a security guard on premises. Every door uses a pass code to get in like room, pool, elevator, stairs ect. There are some people that use these condos for winter months. It was located close to downtown kona. "

"Breakfast was wonderful! Don’t be in a hurry! I was leary when I arrived in the dark…but fell in love with the place in the daylight! It was a great adventure! No glass windows…only screens. The frogs were loud…but slept so good! If you like noise machines, you will love it! The bedroom had a fan if needed. They had beach equipment to borrow if wanted. "Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place.
