"We had a wonderful stay! Very convenient, close to the train station, but in a quiet neighborhood."

"The hotel was nicely situated from the train station. The view of Lake Lucerne was simply stunning from our room. The staff was quite helpful and the facility is well kept!"

"This hotel is extraordinary. Recommend highly for those who appreciate excellence and truly warm hospitality."

"Beautiful location, BUT..... Mediocre breakfast with very limited selection. All hotel info is electronic and unfortunately the tv receptionwas terrible. Programs, etc. were fading in and out. Laundry lost sock, with no acknowledgement. Poor lighting in room. No hot water one morning with mo warning. Found out later that the whole hotel had no hot water. Due to location no taxis nearby. Good side was that the room was very clean."

"Balcony was great, view of lake beautiful. Staff were friendly, However, room could be improved, beds very uncomfortable- husband felt like a spring was jabbing him in back all night. only one chair in room. No place to set your luggage except on the floor. Shower had half an enclosure so water always came out. Small shelf for your toiletries."

"Nos gusto; la Propiedad estaba en remodelación y recibimos el aviso del hotel apenas 1 semana antes del viaje. Pero todo bien. El Personal de recepción súper súper amable, y este literal a 3 mins caminando de la estación"
