"It was a great hotel overall. In particular, all the staff at the front desk, the restaurant, and housekeeping were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a variety of options, all fresh and tasty. The room was spacious and clean.
If I mention the downside, the rooftop bar was a bit noisy with some DJ event (which I enjoyed, to be honest), the treadmill at the gym wasn't working, and there were no restaurants I could find nearby (but you can go easily by taxi).

"Hotel was OK but staff could have been a little more friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, but rooftop bar/restaurant was expensive (for Indonesia).... though great views of Jakarta up there.
NB. Plenty of cheap local food in area if you happy to walk and large mall nearby.
Room was fine but sink was blocked so did not drain and room was not particularly well soundproofed. "
