"Great for hotel for the kids . * Rooms are small but clean * Pool carbana is a must as shade is very limited around the pool * food is average at best * the whole resort is tired and just a bit thrashed * location is great & the staff are friendly and helpful"

"Fantastic location & good facilities. Though the facility is not freshly new, the hotel is full equipped with 3 pools, beautiful tropical deco across the walk-way. "

"A lovely pool and pool area. The breakfast was good, great variety. When we wanted to extend our stay they were very helpful"

"Nice place great price"

"Perfect hotel, schoon, heel vriendelijk personeel, elke dag een perfect schone kamer. De Warung ook zeer goed, ontbijt heeft voldoende keuze er is voor iedereen wel iets. Goede locatie, alle winkels dichtbij, supermarkt op een paar meter, goede ijssalon ook om de hoek. Zeker een aanrader 🙏"

"Great stay, we couldn’t have asked for more. The pools were great, specially the indoor private pool, the rooms were nice and clean. The front desk staff were nice, warm and welcoming, always checking on us to see if we needed anything. Highly recommended!!"

"Rất hài lòng "

"A lovely affordable stay at Febris I really enjoyed my stay at Febris Resort and would happily stay here again. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 simply because some parts of the resort are a little older and dated and could do with some updating. However, for the price, I thought it offered really good value for money. I had two different rooms during my stay. The first room wasn’t the best, but after I was moved, my second room was absolutely amazing. It was comfortable, spacious and so well...

"It was for emergency stay at this place for one night, I won’t never go back to these place."

"Clean room staff friendly breakfast it’s okay all good thank you"

"We loved the location in the heart of Kuta. We stayed for the day as we had a very late flight out of Bali. The staff were fantastic, the room was spacious and we would seriously consider a longer stay next time."

"A first time traveller,, yans house invited and treated me like family,, staff humble n always put my safety and needs first…,, Central to all of Kuta fine dining entertainment and beach a 2 minute walk… Soon my return to Bali I am and will always have yans house as my accomodations"
