This hotel has great rooms for cheap prices. Our room had a complication but the hotel staff upgraded our room no questions asked and were very apologetic for the issue. 4 stars. I'd give it 5 stars if there wasn't an issue with the original room, but how the staff reacted to the issue was exceptional!
More my own fault not realizing the distance, but it isn't as close to some of the stuff I wanted to see than I thought, that said, breakfast was delicious everyday, and the staff was friendly and accommodating

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
the room was clean but across to the room- there was a kitchen i think- there was smelling so bad.
breakfast was included and they gave us on time and to the room. and stuff were really friendly and helpful.
soo many things in the room even like for things for hair:) and karaoke, biiig tv, massage seat… it was really good but its little far from the metro
This was our favourite hotel of our trip.
The outside is fairly grand, although it is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. There is a couple of convenience stores within a ten-minute walk, but not really any restaurants we could see. There are other grand hotels in the vicinity.
The reception was equipped with some comfortable seats and booths, as well as the “menu” of rooms, where you see photos and categories of the rooms available. Outside the door, was a large parking structure. The receptionist, while not unfriendly, was visibly frustrated having to deal with English guests and was rather snappy at first.
The Room was huge. The bathroom was large and comfortable, with a huge array of products and hair/grooming tools available to use. Hair dryer, curler, straightener, you name it. We tried the jet bubble bath and it was pretty relaxing and nice. Plus, the bath is large enough for two humans to relax together.
In the centre of the room, a fabulous massage chair was free to use and I enjoyed.
All in all, I would not say the food was that great. It was a pity. A furthermore, it wasn’t as advertised. For the price, I’d say it was okay and certainly for the convenience.
The facilities and the furnishings of the room, the size of the guest space and the food brought to you, when compared against other non-love hotels, come out absolutely on top. Love hotels are the way to go.

We have been using Expedia for more than 15 years with generally very good results. We trust the platform and have booked many family trips through your app without problems.
Right now, we are on a family vacation in Japan with our 8-year-old daughter, staying in Tokyo for 12 days. We also took a day trip to Kyoto by bullet train and decided last minute to stay one night. We booked a hotel room through Expedia, trusting that family-friendly options would be shown to us since our reservation clearly included a child.
When we arrived at around 8:00 pm and checked into the room, we were shocked. The room was clearly an adult/couple hotel room: it was full of sex toys, condoms, and there was a huge TV with adult content. We had to cover the items with towels so our child would not see them. The room also felt dirty, and the pillows had a bad smell. Only after arriving did we notice that the reservation said “adult room,” but this was never clearly explained to us, and we did not know this type of hotel was common in Tokyo/Kyoto.
This was a very uncomfortable and inappropriate experience for a family with a child. We trusted Expedia to help us find suitable accommodations, especially since the booking included a minor. This experience was upsetting and disappointing, and it has affected our trust in using Expedia for family travel in Japan.
I strongly believe Expedia should clearly filter out adult/couple hotels when a reservation includes children, or at least provide warnings
preis leistung sehr schlecht. schmudeliges hotel ungepflegt, strenger geruch. 8-tung falsche wegbeschreibung auf ebookers!!!!!! fast 1 ganzen tag und viele nerven verloren. nicht weiter zu empfelen!!!
Went beyond expectation for a fair price point. Looked really grand. Staff was corteous. It's a love hotel, yes. But we're all adults and shouldn't care how others do their business.
ロケーション以外は満足です。

アメニティもゲームも充実しているし、部屋もバスルームも広い。値段も手頃。
